Why BizTrack Pro Exists
BizTrack Pro was built to close the gap between running a small business and actually seeing it clearly — without requiring hardware, staff, or systems most small shops don't have.
Why BizTrack Pro exists
Most small business owners in Ghana know their business intuitively — but not precisely. Sales are remembered, not recorded. Stock is estimated, not counted. Mobile Money payments are matched against sales by memory at the end of a long day. That gap between running a business and actually seeing it clearly is the problem BizTrack Pro was built to close.
The problem we're addressing
Business management tools built elsewhere often assume things that don't hold true for a small shop in Ghana — reliable card payments instead of Mobile Money, dedicated back-office staff, or hardware most small businesses don't have. BizTrack Pro starts from the opposite direction: a system that works from an ordinary phone, reconciles against MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, and AirtelTigo Money directly, and doesn't require a dedicated person to run it.
What we believe
BizTrack Pro exists on the belief that business owners make better decisions with clarity than with guesswork — and that clarity shouldn't require hiring someone to produce it. A connected system that updates itself as sales happen should be within reach of a single shop owner, not just larger businesses with the staff to maintain separate spreadsheets.
Who it's built for
BizTrack Pro is built for small business owners in Ghana running their operation day to day — the people at the counter, not a back office. Retail shops and pharmacies are where it's being used today.
Where this is headed
The long-term goal is straightforward: give more of a business owner's day-to-day operation — sales, stock, money, staff, and customers — one connected home instead of several disconnected ones.
