BizTrack Pro is built for Ghanaian business owners, and we take the privacy of your business data seriously. This page explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it — in plain language, not legal jargon.
When you sign up, we collect your name, phone number, email, and business name. As you use the app, we store the sales, inventory, customer, and expense records you enter — this is your business data, and it stays yours.
Your data is used only to run BizTrack Pro for you: showing your dashboard, calculating your profit, sending the WhatsApp reminders you ask for, and powering the AI assistant when you ask it a question about your own business.
Only you and the staff accounts you create can see your business data. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your data is stored securely with Firebase (a Google Cloud service) and synced in real time across your devices.
Subscription payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your card or Mobile Money details directly.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us using the details below.
